DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS
Effective December 6, 2011, Kevin John Alexander (Mr. Alexander) resigned from all positions with the Company including, but not limited to, that of Director. Mr. Alexanders resignation did not involve any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Companys operations, policies, practices, or otherwise.
On December 14, 2011, the Companys Board of Directors accepted Mr. Alexanders resignation.
